In their family home, the client was renting out an apartment with recent unsatisfactory results. Creative Tourism Industry was engaged with the task of creating a modest and comfortable space that would capture attention in the competitive market of apartment and flat rentals in the city of Rovinj. The costs for refurbishing the property were meant to be relatively conservative.
Although we exclusively handle bookings for vacation villas and homes that we have previously designed through our agency, through the interior design project of this apartment, we have created a product that is highly competitive in the market. Through a quality relationship with suppliers, we secured discounts for the client when purchasing furniture and lighting, as well as first-rate Italian ceramics at manufacturer prices.
In all interior design projects, especially those with slightly more conservative budgets, we always carefully seek the right balance between quality and costs, using intelligent and innovative solutions, and whenever possible, enhancing existing values.
